Wakha Terms of Use

The service

Wakha translates speech and text between your language and Moroccan Darija (and other supported languages). Translation is performed by AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on Wakha for medical, legal, financial, or emergency communication.

Subscriptions

Wakha Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wakha to break the law, harass anyone, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for abuse.

No warranty

Wakha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its translations.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
